Jamie's career began at just 10 years old, when he appeared on television in an advert for Chewits. At 12, he made his West End debut as Gavroche in Les Misérables at London's Palace Theatre—and has been performing professionally ever since.
His theatre career includes playing Rusty in Starlight Express in London, Germany and New Zealand; creating the role of Daniel in the original London cast of The Beautiful Game; and appearing as Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls. He also performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company, appeared in the Olivier Award-winning London production of Disney's Newsies, and spent nine years in Disney's The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre, covering Timon, Pumbaa and Zazu.
Television audiences may recognise Jamie from two years playing Grimbo in BBC's Grange Hill, as well as roles in Dodgem, The Bill and The Ghostbusters of East Finchley. Today, he brings that lifetime of experience to every performance—with warmth, humour and a genuine connection with his audience.
